Can you tell me the name of this song?

So I was watching MTV music videos a few months ago & there was a video that came on & it was of the girl singing & she looked almost lke taylor momsen, rele old for her age. She looked like a teenager but was wearing lke a fur jacket, bright red lipstick, & had long unruly blonde hair. The beat was almost lke club music, & she is in a dark club/corner in the video. The song itself I thnk had lyrics about a girl that was only 17 or sumthng but goes out to the clubs at nite...I'm not completley sure. Please please let me knw you have any idea!! Its killing me!! :/
