How often is a person doented?

ive heard different figures on how often the average american citizen is caught on camera and such. my question is, how often can the average american citizen be doented at a geographic location in a day/hour/whatever, via creditcard/bank transactions, phone calls, internet connections, cell phone location services, etc.
