I have 2 systems & i have a dial-up conn for 1 sys is it possible to connect the other sys also to internet?

I have 128kbps dial-up conn through CDMA modem and also i have the internal modems 56kbps,inbuilt LAN cards &Ethernet cards for both systems can i connect these both please give me your answer, it is very useful to me
