Little bumps (like bug bites) on both of my big toes? I don't know what they are! Help!

They look like little bug bites, but they're not. They itch though! At first I thought they were pimples, so I squeezed them, but all that came out was clear liquid. [ewww, i know...] Can anyone tell me what they are, please??? They are on both of my big toes & only on the side. They are liked bunched up together. Thank you so much!
