How old is to old?

how old is to old for a Binky/pacifier (insert whatever you call it)? My son is going to be two on May 25th and i have a daughter that will be one on june 8th. If I take my son's away, he just takes the baby's, so I feel like i will have to take both of them away to keep him for getting one! What would you do?
