How to stop Recycler folder from reappearing!!!!!!!?

I am using windows xp sp2. few days back there was some virus in my system which created autorun.inf file and recycler folder. now virus is gone and also autorun.inf and most of the contents of Recycler folder.I an also ablt to delete Recycler folder by turing off recycle bin .But whenever i am restarting PC it is again reappearing.CAn anyone help me about this.Please suggest me how to prevent that from happeneing......
