Converts to Catholicism?

Do you think that your conversion was the result of many "coincidences" that added up until finally a strong desire to become Catholic just made sense? In other words, when you think back to the time before you were a member of the Church, do you feel as if you may have been guided towards the "narrow gate" by a power you can't really explain???
