Fallout New Vegas - I Put A Spell On You Quest?

In the quest I Put A Spell On You you have to catch Curtis as the spy at Camp Mccarran. I know there are bugs but my bug/problem is not like the others. After I catch Curtis as the spy I killed him, got the activation code and what not and I get told to report back to Hsu. Now he's suppose to tell me to go save the monorail but he doesn't tell me anything and I don't get an option to tell him anything either. So now what?
