Flu symptoms or possible sinus infection...help!!!!?

my body aches, i had a fever last night, its been down all today, coughing, stuffy and congested. what OTC meds work well? i know its nothing crazy serious, but i want to know what i can get from the local store. thanx!! does nyquil work?
