How can I make a meaningful quality craft with Falcon feathers?

when i was in san francisco (a long time ago) i bought a tie for my dad. it was made out of feathers and it was so cool. there is one idea. the other is how about making a mask to hang on the wall? or what about decorating a bottle with them?
