How to drift on your back tire?

i have a orange "NEXT" bike for christmas and i really want to drift on it. by drift i mean skidding on ur back tire. i bought $5.00 brakes 2 c if it would brake better bcuz my old ones didn't work well. i can drift but i have to push the brakes really really hard and need 2 drift on gr or something. can i have a video or really really thorough answer (video preffered) for how 2 modify ur brakes
