I have the i wireless from Iowa, but I live in Atlanta, Georgia. Will I be able to use 3G?

I've paid for 3g connectivity and I Wireless and T-Mobile are affiliates. Please don't tell me to just call customer service... I don't believe I've ever spoken to a bunch of more ignorant illiterate people... No offence, but that goes to all of you Iowan's.
