I think my rabbit is sick. is it?

So i have a male rabbit named larry. He has diarrhea and hasnt been eating its food. ive cleaned its cage and everything and cleaned its food bowl and gave it brand new food but it still wont eat it. He will only eat carrots and drinks some water. He has also been shedding alot. I cant take it to a vet cuz i dont have money but if yo could tell me whats wrong with itd be appreciated :)
