Scammed by Katherine Gibbs College!? (In RI) Help!?

I suggest you contact the Attorney General's Office in the state in which the school is located, and the Board of Higher Education in that state. In every state I've known, all colleges and schools are licensed or approved or authorized -- various terms are used. Good luck!
