What will happen to prop 215 if prop 19 pes?

my aspiration is to grow marijuana legally and properly. my concern is that if proposition 19 pes will all the medical jobs be eliminated and since it will be legal to grow will it be possible for me to still get a good job in the cannabis growing industry or will any joe shmoe be able to get a job at a farm.
