What is the name of that movie where this chick embles someone out of body parts to be her friend?

I think it's called "mandy"? Idk, all I know is that there's some lonely chick who either kills people and takes their body parts or finds by some odd method. Either way, in the end she like rips out her eye (or something) and stick it in and the freaking Frankenstein-esque monster thing comes alive. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Haha sounds pretty crazy actually.
